Hotel Principe Avila - Lisbon

The room had a strange smell, yet the stay was enjoyable overall.

Can just recommend for a transient visit

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a great breakfast experience with delicious pasteis de nata and fresh fruits, along with excellent access to the metro across the street for exploring the city.

Nothing could be improved.

Really enjoyed how newly renovated the property was. Comfy location, we were near amazing gardens, shopping centre, and Metro and a big shopping mall. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson. The room with a comfy bed.

We had a twin room with exceptionally comfortable bed and a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar, and central heating. The location was great for first time visitors to Lisbon. We ordered lunch at Nagoya - Marques, located near the venue.

Marvellous location in the centre, WELCOMING staff, everything was great. The room itself was new-fashioned with a comfy bed and had essentials we needed.

Modern fittings and a huge bed. The nearby metro station allowed for easy access to the airport and city. The breakfast offered plenty of healthy choices too. A small downside was the absence of tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Cleaning staff seemed to carry a disconnect in communication limits-one cleaner said, "other time" when asked about room service. Responses from reception regarding cleaning schedules left something to be desired.

Everything was spot on. The breakfast had plenty of options every morning, and the staff was super friendly. The hotel is located in front of the metro station. Clean rooms and free bottled water every day were nice touches.

great staff but a few minor issues

The staff provided really good service throughout my six-night stay. They quickly delivered a chair for my work needs and offered complimentary toiletries when asked. The breakfast selection was excellent, especially the fresh pastries that rivaled those from famous bakeries. I appreciated the easy access to public transportation just steps away from the hotel.

The in-room tea and coffee facilities were lacking.

The Principe Avila boasts a fantastic buffet breakfast with an excellent variety of fresh dishes that cater to all tastes. The rooms are clean, modern, and include nice amenities like a kettle and a tv. The location, right across from São Sebastião metro station, makes getting around the city easy.

Narrow parking garage.

Just a nice choice for a brief sojourn in Lisbon with great value for money. The location was quiet, yet close enough to explore the city on foot. Be mindful of bringing your own snacks if you get hungry later at night.

Modern rooms with hypo-allergenic pillows make for a comfortable stay.

Really good hospitality during a week-long stay, complemented by a breakfast spread that highlights gourmet offerings. The location provides easy access to São Sebastião metro station. A couple of late-night disturbances and a lack of in-room coffee facilities were minor inconveniences.
